2013 Thor Palazzo

While attending the Good Sam Rally in Louisville we cut a deal and traded in our Serrano for a new Palazzo. It was the show model so we need to go to Greenwood IN next Friday to swap our Serrano for the Palazzo.

That's actually a handy looking feature! I would like to incorporate something like that in my MH.

Funny not so funny. A salesman at a major dealership in AZ was showing me their 33.1 and noted how
Convenient the pet storage was. I asked you mean pet food? And he said no it's perfect for a cat or small dog.

Question for TheArnolds. Are you guys full timers and if you are do you think it would be ok for FT? One minus of course others have mentioned is the small fresh water tank for boonedocking. TheBurds

We are not full timers but I am moving into partial retirement in August and we do plan on taking longer trips. As for your question if the Palazzo is suitable as a full time solution we may not be the best people to ask. Last year my wife an I spent 6 months in Tokyo and our apartment was smaller then our Palazzo...we managed to do this and still remain married

Seriously, it would work for us, it has enough room to store what we need on a day to day basis, my DW has hobbies so I would need to finds places for her painting and scrapbooking stuff plus my golf clubs, some tools, etc. but it would work. It doesn’t have a washer/dryer so we would need to stay someplace that had these facilities.
Hope this helps

I take it you haven't had any issues with the low chassie? And wonder of all wonders. for months now my wife has looked at the specs online at Thor and it always said the fresh water was 45 gallons. Suddenly today she pulled it up and it said 95 gals for all three models.

Anyone notice how the specs for the Palazzos always refer to it as having a microwave oven. Would I be making a mistake to assume they mean convection/microwave?

No problems with the low chassis to this time, in fact my DW likes that it only has one step outside. On our previous MH we needed to carry a small stool to get to the two external steps if we were up on the jacks.

We had the same question about the microwave but it is a convection/microwave and the master microwave operator (my wife) tells me that it works great
