Build quality of the house is probably 7/10, but the Freightliner chassis is great, drives really well and pretty easy to maintain. If they would just make it with Gerard awnings, then it would be perfect

I just got mine, flied to Colorado to pick it up and drove it back to NC.
Coming from a 2022 Thor Ace 30.3 gas class A, it is a huge difference in drivability. Although I had my Thor upgraded for better handling on the road, was still pushed by passing 18 wheeler and almost any wind and bad pavement road.
I could not believe how easy and quiet it is to drive the diesel pusher, very, very smooth and I love the engine brake that diesel pushers provide. No more white knuckles for me
My Nautica 35QZ is a new 2022, got lucky to find it, for the 2023 dealers want an extra $40k...
Found out that passenger window was popped out a bit (although fully closed) at the top side towards the door, enough to be noisy (had to add tape outside to prevent noise).
My driver side night blind had to be removed (would not come back up).
Also could not use the safety belt, too short to properly set up my seat (and I'm not a big guy). Had to buy safety belt extension so I can use it next time.
Probably will find more little things once we go camping, the important ones (powertrain and chassis) are top notch.
