Finally Got It!!

We finally got our new to us 2005 Country Coach Allure. It took 6 weeks to get everything done, but it was worth it. I know that sometimes the big dealers get a bad rap on this site, but I got great service from LaMesa in Phoenix. We had already purchased the coach and during the walk through we noticed some things that needed attention. They made a list and we left it there even though it was a long ways to go back and forth from our house to the dealer. So they took care of some of the things on the list and while they were at it they found some more. So all in all, after the purchase, they replaced the tires, (part of the original deal) chassis batteries, removed and cleaned the front two double pane windows, replaced the shore cord, replaced tie rod ends in the front end and a u-joint in the steering, aligned it, while they were at it, the radiator went so they replaced that, and while it was in the chassis shop they did an oil change on the engine and generator. I can't say enough about Floyd Hall the service rep. There was one part back ordered and they are going to send a driver out to pick it up and install it and bring it back, if I don't want to make the trip. That's service. If you are in the Phoenix area and you need some service, take it to Floyd. We love the coach! Haven't taken a trip in it except to drive it the three hours from the dealer, but we are looking forward to getting on the road.

Great looking coach, and it's nice to hear a good dealer story.

May you have many happy (s)miles in your new coach.

Wow, Just as nice inside and out and new tires included can't be bad. Great to hear good dealer stories as well when there are so many bad one out there. Happy travels and get travelling before the months and years pile up and you look back say we should have could have but did not. Leaving it parked beside the garage it only becomes a guest apartment like ours does more than we like.

I just love our 2006 CC Magna, and yours looks spectacular! These are very nice, high quality coaches. We could not afford a new coach of this high level of quality so used was just the ticket. I suspect you are in the same boat, but when you get a used CC, it's most likely better than most new coaches.

Again, congrats on your great acquisition!
