The RV park in Pensacola is fairly new. Maybe a couple of months old. It's located on the bay side of the main street that runs east and west on Pensacola beach. Great spots, new facilities and all the amenities you could want. The only downside is that its a bit pricey on the beach front. I don't think they will be able to keep the rates where they have them currently. It's more expensive than Destin Luxury Rv park if you are familiar with that one. Having said that I've used Pensacola park 3 times. It's nice to be able to take the dogs on the private beach area.

Congrats, that's a great looking coach. I'm sure you'll really enjoy the Workhorse chassis and the hookup between that 8.1 and Allison transmission. That's a combination that's hard to beat. Have a great time.

The Ellipse 42 GD also has the kitchen up front and we like it a lot that way. I know the idea of having the living room up front allows you to turn the driver and co-pilot seats and enlarge the seating but we never did that even when we had a rig with the living area up front. We just don't have that much company at one time. We like the fridge right close to the front so can get a cold drink while driving if traffic is quiet and minimize "out of seat belt" time.

I think you're going to love your new rig, looks very nice.
