Did a little searching......Utopia Coach was built in Elkhart for about 3 years, late 60s. Most of what's talked about you will find, are the travel trailers. You have a neat old rare bird there. Keep searching, there's info out there. What I found was available at "Tin Can Tourists" online. I bet if you contact them they can be of help.
Best luck with the old girl, it would be a great conversation piece if restored. Have fun, looks like a great project!

By the way, I found it interesting there are no side mirrors. Is there one on the driver's side? I assume there is.[emoji848]

The tag says a lot.
Utopia Coach Corp. of Elkhart, Ind.
Utopia Coach, built in 1973 on a Dodge chassis. Perhaps the interior and appliances relate to the trailers that they built. It may not be too difficult to work with due the the Dodge chassis and mechanical components. Old, yes, but likely able to be sourced or substituted.
Like any old, neglected RV, integrity of the coach is important. If there has been no water intrusion with resultant damage to to the structure or interior, you are already miles ahead. That coach looks to have a sound exterior and if the roof is also aluminum with sound caulking, you may have a tight shell.
Good luck and update us on the restoration or, at least, the details on what you have. Pictures, of course!

Did you get a title? Probably built on an M300 chassis. Brake parts are a challenge to find but they are out there. Rear wheel cylinders are notorious leakers once they have sat unused for years.
