Congrats on a great coach! Navigator was the top of the top in the Holiday Rambler line up, back in this era.
Great to have another Monaco/Holiday Rambler owner among us. There is a huge owner and knowledge base on these coaches over in the Monaco Owners Subgroup on this forum.
Looks like you've already jumped in the deep end of projects and getting it up to snuff. Enjoy!
Hard to find brochures and owners manuals for the 1999 Navigator. However, the Navigator was mostly unchanged until 2002, when it had a big facelift and update. Below are the 2001 documents, in case they are useful:
2001 Holiday Rambler Navigator Brochure: https://big.nyc3.cdn.digitaloceanspa...-NAVIGATOR.pdf
2001 Holiday Rambler Navigator Owner's Manual: https://big.nyc3.cdn.digitaloceanspa..._Navigator.pdf
All the best,
Josh
PS Awesome job on the updates and projects so far! Looking great.

Looks great, nice work!!
Two questions, are those slip covers over the couches or did you have them recovered?
I like the shower head replacement? Mind sharing where you picked it up?
Thanks!

Very impressive and what a difference between the beginning and finished product pictures. We have been considering taking on the same project and your pictures help immensely.

When first drove home from Dallas last year, I did not know much about the turbo boost number and since the motorhome did not tow anything the power responses seems to be acceptable.
Our first trip to the desert towing my flatbed with my Tundra on it, I only can do about 45-47 mph at the Cajon pass and the turbo boost has never passed 14psi ever since I picked up the unit in Dallas. The engine oil was changed before this trip.
After this trip I dropped the motorhome off to a local shop for changing the engine coolant and transmission oil, the second trip to the desert this time I towed the enclosed trailer with the SxS in it and the speed at the Cajon pass still similar as last trip. The motorhome drives with trailer on the flat highway seems to be okay but the turbo boost still never passed 14psi
Brought the motorhome back to the shop and I was really concern about the engine performance, either was it something wrong with the engine performs or that all the Cummins 450HP/1450 lb-ft can do ??? no CEL codes was found in the history, with some more diagnosed the shop told me the turbo needs to be replaced.
I had the shop ordered the brand new turbo directly from Cummins for replacement. After the turbo was replaced I tested drive the motorhome and the turbo boost still showing the same (less than 15psi) This time we went to Alamo lake with the enclosed trailer, the performance of the engine up the Chiriaco summit still wasn't I was expected.
I bought scangauge D to connect to the ODB port on the motorhome to see whether the turbo gauge was bad or something, ended up the scangauge did not communicated with the motorhome, I called their support and after several cables and the units was sent, I have to take a refund. Scangauge stated they experience with this issue sometime on the early model of the Cummins.
I called another motorhome repair shop in Redland for a second opinion and was schedule in three months.
I came back to the local shop and talked to the owner and he agreed to re-test the CAC, he confirmed it was tested b4 and it was no leak that was why they told me the turbo needs to be replaced. This time they found the leak on the intercooler. The intercooler and the radiator are connected together so both need to be dropped.
Brand new turbo and the intercooler/radiator combo

It will be interesting to see the performance difference when you get the new Intercooler in. Also congrats on the interior upgrade. Tasteful.
