Well, I still have one more thing I want to do (install the dash cam) before I take it on its first "big" trip. I did get the brake controller installed (I 3-d printed a replacement panel for where the brake wires came up in the dash, and everything is just mounted behind that panel except for the control/manual activation knob) and TPS display for my car trailer tires done. Then I can finish packing up the rig for its first main trip-moving me out of Kaliforniastan and to Tennessee.
One downside is that I haven't visited Yosemite and we won't have time to visit the Grand Canyon on our way out. Oh well, "road trip!"
