New Newmar Motorhome
We will take delivery of our new motorhome being built by Newmar in about 2 weeks. Our new motorhome is being built as I type (actually painted today) and our friends, who are having some end of 1st year warranty work done at the Newmar factory got to see the finishing touches being put on our coach on Monday, right before they drove it over to the paint shop. They sent lots of photos. It was very exciting and we are very anxious to pick it up from our dealer in about 2 weeks.
Attached is one of the photos they took, before the paint shop.
I will post finished product photos when we see it in person. This is very exciting for us and we have come to appreciate the discussions on iRV2. We have learned a lot and we thank all of you.

All the BEST to the new Coach
Nice to see the coach on it's way... Is it a Dutch Star?
Within a year or so we'll hopefully get another coach from Newmar
Wish you many miles with that coach

Don - I know this is an exciting time for you, I just experienced it myself a few months ago. Your picture reminded me of my trip to Newmar to watch my coach being built in July - what an experience !!
Good Luck with the new coach and many happy miles.

Dave,
Thanks. I remember your posts around that time. How have things gone with your new motorhome?

Pleased as punch with the coach and sure glad we picked a Newmar. The only problem we've had - lack of opportunity to travel with it. We've only put 340 miles on it so far (2 short trips) but that will change in January when we head south. Back to dealer next monday for switchout of our stove/oven (see separate posting) and some minor issues - had trouble making a list. I hope you will be as pleased with your decision as we are with ours.
Be sure and post some pics when you get it.

WSe toured the Newmar plant several months ago and were highly impressed with the plant and it's mainly Amish workers. The fit and finish were excellant and we have decided that our next coach will be a Newmar. Hope you like it.

Great Choice! You will love Newmar, Spartan, Cummins and Allison. Ours will soon be 4 years old and approx 42,500 miles and we don't full time. You gotta use it
