New rig for me

Good morning everyone I just bought a 2003 Winnebago journey 34 HD I have an older itasa that I’d liked for years it was a gaser , but just upgraded to a diesel there are a couple things. I am going to do to upgrade the fuel system and change it a few little things on it and already has solar which I’m happy with I do put solar in my older rig, which worked out great in a residential refrigerator if anybody has a journey, is there anything that you should watch out for and tell me your experiences? Thank you very much.

Hi ! Congrats on the new rig! Don't know anything about the Journey so can't help with that. Have fun and keep her between the ditches!

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

Welcome aboard Ref.
Your's is pre-DEF so you are good there.
Just pay close attention to ALL the filters on that motor and be prepared to change them often.

Welcome to the forum.

We started the retirement life with an 03 Dutch Star and loved it. It was taking about $10k year to keep running safely, new residential frig, some suspension issue and such. It was good for a few years, but as the bills added up, we were convinced that a newer DP was right for us, so we went that direction. Love our 22 Ventana...
