Some people were having the auto leveler lift wheels off the ground because they were programmed wrong.

It's not a problem, it is just that Thor or your retailer may not have set them at the lowest level. The levelers need to be initialized to the proper height. Download the leveler User Manual from the stickie section above. It tells how to set them properly. Otherwise, they may be too high and require significant battery power to set (and your wheels may be off of the ground).

(the "sticky section" is at the beginning of each forum and includes information and links so that they are easy to find)

2013 thor ace 30.1

I made a big mistake buying this coach . I owned it for a little over a year in which it was in the repair shop for over 2 months altogether. there was never an issue with the factory authorizing repairs under warranty which were many. some of the problems were leaking skylite and windows, overhead bed broke, living room slide rattled so loud it was distracting, kitchen faucet didn't work, microwave had to be replaced. I could go on and on, but I think its clear. run .... don't just walk away if you are shown one of these. one of the many times I was at the local camping world waiting for repairs, I struck up a conversation with an older gentlemen who had a palazzo. he had retained an attorney who was trying to get thor to take back his coach under the lemon law claiming it was unsafe. I cannot believe there is any quality control at thor. after finally having this coach for over a year it had no issues at the time , I traded it in on a fifth wheel (FORREST RIVER] which I haven't had any prolems that I couldn't fix. ive had it approx. 4 months.:ba nghead::ba nghead:
