New to us Vacationer
Well we picked up our 2012 HR Vacationer 36SBT today. Moved up from a Cougar Fifth Wheel, looking forward to our first trip in it. Have been on here for awhile checking everything out, going to do the CHF soon.

Nice coach, we have a 2015 36 dbt and it has been a great coach, we have over 20000 miles on it and no issues. If I were you I would drive it before messing with the suspension, ours drives straight and fairly smooth for a gas coach, it handles well and does not get affected by wind or trucks I feel any changes would not be moves in the right direction and would make the ride more harsh. I also feel the engine and transmission work extremely well together and don't need any help from the aftermarket. We have pulled a Honda accord wagon on a mastertow dolly all over the country, we never felt a shortage of power or a screaming engine, we were able to maintain 38 mph at 3400 rpm on a 9% grade in south Dakota while seeing normal engine temps. Good luck with your coach and I hope you enjoy it as much as we enjoy ours. Welcome to the forum.

Thanks we only drove it from the dealer to the house about 5 miles and that's stretching it. So CHF not high on priorities to get done, went out today and loaded somethings and found the water pump was running. Had to turn it off with the breaker, will investigate later. Gotta go rake leaves!!!
