Not exactly new but . . . .

2013 36 CKTS Mods so far . . . Although not new now but we've been busy making it ours , to our liking!

We picked up our Creek in early May 2012 at Adamstown PA then spent 5 weeks coming home.
(1)Our first "mod" was retaining the refrigerator lock bolt in order to use it to lock the "fridge" while enroute. 5/12
(2) Added a 110V outlet in the door side by the front awning leg(eliminates extension cord each time the patio light set is used). 9/12
(3)Added 4 shelves (1/4 plywood) to broom cabinet making it a pantry (shifts pantry weight away from the LH Fwd tire).5/13
(4)Added three 1-1/2" x 15 tubes to pantry door to keep long items when not in use (Refrigerator spring compression rods). 5/13
(5) Removed the CC dining table & chairs & replaced it with a custom computer hutch combination with two chairs. 8/13
Putting the Creek on a strict weight diet: (total weight loss 1,115.9 lbs + fresh, black & grey weight)
(6) Replaced dishes with melamine set, (-9 lbs) Reduced tools carried to essential only. (-28 lbs) Removed non used items from RV, net -604 lbs 4/13
(7) Draining water heater tank before travel -100 lbs from the LH Fwd tire area. 4/13
(8) Minimizing onboard fresh water to 5-10 gallons = -375 lbs 4/13
(9) Added a Winegard Traveler Sat Antenna,LR & bedroom receivers. 5/12
(10) Added a Sat Receiver rack w/ velcro tie down to secure it @ the top of the TV cabinet. 5/12
(11) Added hose caps to washer prep (prevent leakage in closet.) 5/12
(12) Changed small cup hooks on the belt rack for larger ones. 6/12
(13) Added Stromberg-Carlson slider shelves-both sides of basement storage. 8/12
(14) Due to heigth of the sliders we now have a perfect protected "rod storage area" beneath 8/12
(15) Added broom clips on the fwd wall for all the scrubby things. 8/12
(16) Add 4" access door (close dock, critters out) 8/12
(17) Added clip for rubber gloves on the door 8/12
(18) Added hooks for the cable & hoses. 8/12
(19) Sealed the dock station floor w/ bath caulk to eliminate water problems. 7/12
(20) Added Trail Air Pin box 5/12
(21) Added pin box tripod stabilizer 5/12
(22) Added TST TPMS w, 12 sensors (TV,RV + spares), 10/12
(23) Add Verizon Mifi for internet connectivity 7/13
(24) Aquasana under counter filtration for drinking water 7/12
(25) Changed whole house filtration to sediment only (added delivery pressure) 7/12
(26) Made stair treads for interior steps. 1 Wally World rug, cut both ends & use carpet tape to adhere to steps. 7/12
(27) Added storage box for remotes to rear wall of patio slide. 9/12
(28) Front compartment door air struts mod (thanks, Randy Agee for your air strut mod) 3/13
(29) Changed OE sofa to leather to match the recliners. 7/14
(30) Replaced Dexter 7K suspension with 8K MorRyde IS 4/13
(30A) Changed to Kodiak disc brakes & 17.5" wheels w/ Goodyear H114 tires. 4/13
(31) Converted greased bearings to oil bath 7/14 (Runs cooler, better MPG)
(32) Changed CC entry steps to ETD Quadra Step 5/12
(33) Added polywood step below Quadra Step 6/13
(34) Added backsplash behind range 7/14
(35) Removed lazy suzan hangar, replaced w/ valet rod 4/15
(36) Added JT Strong-arm stabilizer system 4/15
(37) Installed clothes hamper in lieu of bag (CCROVC - thanks C.B.) 4/15
(38) Added all LIP sheets to maintenance book #2. 2/15
(39) Added tie-down in fwd basement to secure items 3/13
(40) Add Cat anti-stinction fluid to hydraulic system, eliminate popping noises 4/14
(41) Replaced 12V incandescent lights w/ LED bulbs 5/14
(42) Added backup camera to GPS system 2/14
(43) Add Flag Pole Buddy 3/15
(44) Add voltage regulator/surge suppressor 5/12
(45) Add Battery Tender desulfating battery charger-maintainer to RV 4/14
(46) Add remote to patio receptacle 5/12
(47) Used spring curtain rods in residential fridge 5/12
(48) Added polycarbonate bins to fridge to reduce cleanup effort 3/13
(49) Change day-nite pleated shades to MCD day-nite roller shades 4/15
(50) Added lambrequins CC valances in bedroom. 4/15
(51) Replaced BR bedside table with larger bedside table. 3/15
(52) Added propane SOV & QD at propane service center for appliance use 6/12
(53) Added flag pole holder to pin box 3/13
(54) Added Solera LED awning wall light 4/15
(55) Added pin box cover & sign 4/14
(56) Swapped bed lift strut attachment to machine screws & T-nuts 4/13
(57) Added key hanger rack 6/12
(58) Added Ruggids walk-off stepcovers to Quadra Step 3/15
(59) Replaced CC roadside assist with Good Sam policy 4/14
(60) Added Lippert electric rear stabilizer 6/14
(61) Upgraded CC provided bike hitch to 2" to better carry weight of bikes. 11/14
(62) Added mechanical pin lock to spare tire winch after finding it loose on more that one occasion. 7/13
(63) Added 50A Surge Guard & Voltage Regulator 5/12
(64) Added Electrical tester for park power tests 6/13
(65) Added Winegard Traveler Sat Antenna 5/12
(66) Added CW crossbar to screen door 8/12
(67) Added custom cabinet behind recliners 7/13
(68) Added 24" s/s service extension to Trail Air pin box(eliminates in bed servicing) 8/12
(69) Added 24" s/s service extension to spare tire (eliminated under trailer servicing) 8/12
(70) Added 2 missing bolts from Trail Air to comply with LCI mounting instructions. 5/12
(71) Added BlueOx Bedsaver to Curt Hitch 8/14
(72) Add sewer additional hose compartment under trailer.

Currently looking for parts to convert Lippert's Trail Air to Flex Air & studying using composite propane cylinders to reduce weight more while increasing capacity & useability.

We love our Creek and use it often throughout each year, 2012 - 131 days, 2013 - 139 days, 2014 - 144 days, 2015 - 162 planned, 2016 - 186 planned so far!

Maintain it & maintain it some more, then travel safely & enjoy your journeys.
