We ordered a new Bounder 36f in January. Arrived in March and we picked up.
Did a walkthrough with assigned service rep at Gen RV Tampa.
He had no idea how electronics worked, and after we left we realized how much we were not told.
Went camping for first time and found out the hookups for gray and black tank drains were off 4” and could not hook up!
Also when running out super slide, it jammed and released with a loud bang in seconds. ( main spring in topper broke) Ordered?
Then looking out the door, seen a 3/4 inch gap at top of door! (Can’t be adjusted, new door ordered and not received as yet)
And by the way, dash air does not work, told it is a heat control valve in the Pro Air system. Not a Ford chassis problem but a motor home problem. Rev uses their own contractor? Ordered?
Some other issues also but not room to list! Just be careful when picking up new unit!

Hi ! Welcome to IRV2! We're sure glad you joined us!

Congrats on the new rig! I guess my first question would be why you don't take it back to the dealer to correct all those problems?

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

We bought our new coach (first motorhome, 5th RV) and were given an exhaustive walk through. The problem is that after about the first 15 minutes, most of us are on total overload. In the first month I made a bunch of mistakes that, in retrospect, they told us about; I just wasn't able to process that much new info.

If I ever buy another one, I will make a point of staying in the dealer's "new owner" camp for a night or two (or five!).
