Our 1st RV

Not quite retired yet (6 more years) but we decided to go ahead and get it now rather than wait. Besides, next year when the hurricane comes, we can just LEAVE! I'd never driven a big bus like this but I DO have experience driving 707's, 737's, 767's, and 777's so I figured it couldn't be that hard! 😀 I've got 2000 miles behind me so far and enjoying it a lot!

Welcome to the forum and the fun, fun world of owning an RV !! Like you, I'm about 5 years away from retirement and can only enjoy my motorhome for long weekend adventures. When you get a chance, add your motorhome details (year, manufacturer, model, etc.) to your signature and show your signature with your posts. That way when you have some technical difficulties (which all RV owners have at some point in time) the forum can provide better help and guidance.

I tried to post some pics but they were too large a format and wouldn't upload. How do you make a signature that goes after each post with the rv details and such? Still new on here and haven't figured it all out yet.

How to make a signature for your RV so we can serve you better.

1 .Click "User CP" on left side of the screen in about the middle.
2. Click "Edit Signature" on left side 7 bars down under Your Control Panel.
3. Fill out your signature information.
4. Click "Save Signature"

About time you wash that baby isn't it?..........

Do you find yourself talking in your pilot voice when first getting on the road? Always curious if you guys can turn that on and off on demand.
