I don't have any interior pics but will take some this weekend. You won't be able to see much unless you know what it looked like before (no before pics). I will list some o fthe mods below.

Inside:
They replaced the carpet and flooring throughout and installed a residential fridge, shelves alongside the bed, a new shower door, new theater seating, and a 2 drawer stand with file drawer.

Outside:
They painted the truck and trailer and added Revolution Glow Steps, collapsible roof access ladder, LED lights, slide toppers, awnings, removed the old Dish system, repaired old water damage found by fridge, etc.

Like everybody else, we have made many personal changes to the rig since we originally bought it. We replaced the BR TV with shelves, extended all drawer sides as high as possible (so clothes didn't fall over the sides and back), converted to LED lights, swapped the king bed for a queen Sleep Number, and added Progressive Industries EMS-HW50C electrical management system, IOTA DLS-75 converter, thermo-pane windows, Big Foot leveling system, H-rated 17.5's, Mor/Ryde IS, foam fire extinguishers, etc.

I am sure there are things I missed but I think this hits the high points. I think everybody's rig is a work-in-progress.

What a transformation!

How much does it cost us to sell our old RV and have to turn around and buy another one?

You’ve come up with an excellent alternative

It took some serious soul searching before pulling the trigger on the decision to spend 45% of the cost of a new unit to paint and refurbish a 12 year old unit. However, after looking at a number of new units, we found none of them were built as well as our old one nor did we like any of the other floor plans better than what we have now.

While it could serve as either of those, it usually alternates between being used as a hangar and a guest house. It's usually a hangar, but it all depends on who's visiting.

LOVE IT, LOVE it, Love it!

Iíve always wanted a similar rig, but my wife keeps me happy since we are in her preferred mode of rolling relaxation... itís an American Eagle 40W, 2004 model that weíve totally renovated. Since weíve put so much heart, sole, blood, sweat and lots of the little green papers that we donít plan to take with us, weíll be happy to keep it for a few years.

Beautiful! Thanks for sharing. Full body paint would be high on my list for our MH, but as you well know. It ainít cheap. The first decision for you, or anyone going this route is being sure your going to keep the rig for a long time. Enjoy, welcome, and do keep posting.
