We found the drain valve. It's located under the bed. It's a black handle and it's a quarter turn. It drains.... but it's VERY slow. It's just a dribble. I sent a video to the service tech at the dealer where we bought it. He said something isn't right. Also... the LOW POINT DRAIN VALVE doesn't drain either. The spigot has a white pin protruding from it. If I pull on the pin with a pair of pliers... it opens and drains. It's like a vacuum seal or something.
