"Slight" Upgrade

It's been a while since I purchased first trailer and started travelling. Son is now 20 years old and the loft bed got too small for him at 6'4"
Decided to sell the KZ 26' tt(which is now in Florida with new owners) and buy a 44' 5th wheel Fuzion.
Will need to upgrade tow vehicle as well and right now I literally have the "cart" before the "horse" waiting for truck to be built.
Trailer is resting comfortably in barn for winter and I am researching every possible thing about it to be ready when truck finally gets here!

congrads on the new rig , A fiend of mine has a 427 . He has used his about every weekend during the season! His wife has asked for a washer / drier to help out with moving everything in and out. WE leave have a WD and leave all our cloths inside the RV and wash a load every day so when we get home all I do is plug it in , take the food that spoils quick out and we are done untill the next trip. Your hitch weight is going to be around 4100lbs depending on whats in the back for weight . Having the long bed truck will also leave enough room in front of the hitch for a fuel tank in bed. I have a tank that is 63 gallons and at 8~9 mpg that is enough that I can run all day on the road without a fuel stop .

Quite the upgrade in size, did you end up finding a tow rig for it?

Sadly the truck I ordered in September still has no build date. I located and put a deposit on (01/04/22) another that was "in transit" to a dealer much closer but it has yet to arrive.

Bummer getting a new truck now can't be easy. I've been watching the used market prices sky rocket.
