Shop around. I also am a long time USAA member. They will not sell MH policies. The USAA GA defers to Progressive for MH coverage (boats also). Good Sam can also offer some competative quotes. You have options. Domiciled in VA may be the biggest issue.
TX is also high for coverage costs, as mine runs about $3500 for a $350,000 value MH.

My USAA/Progressive policy in my 2005 Class C is less that half of what Good Sam quoted me just last week. Exactly the same coverage.
