1983 Ford E350 Tioga Ford Fleetwood not charging

Hi my 1983 ford e 350 tioga (by fleetwood) with 460 motor is not charging. I tested alternator at shop n they say its good but when i test it w voltmeter straigt to alternator, positive and negativr on back of alternator theres no charge coming out. Even w headlights on n revving engine. Could it be a bad voltage regulator? I have a new one installed. But there is a box by the aux battery that looks kind of like a voltage regulator, a little bigger though, thats seen better days i dont know what it is so thst i can replace it. Ibwill include pictures the new looking thing is my voltage regulator and the other corroded looking box is what i need identified. Thanks plz help

That's your ignition control module in picture #2 on the bottom.

Any reason my my bench tested alternator isnt putting out power? I have a new voltage regulator also. Will i have to check and change all the fusable links? And other possibilities?

As stated in your other post, you need to confirm power to the alt positive post.

If no power, jump the battery isolator. Put a jumper from either side to the center post of it.

Isolators flow power only one way. When bad, they don't flow power at all.
