2008 Winnebago Destination

Hello and thanks in advance for your help. My 2008 Winnebago Destination (Gas) has its coolant hose come apart and sliced by the radiator fan. Mobile tech repaired it. But the check engine light came on and it would not drive above 45 mph. I immediately stopped. Tech says there are no codes indicating. Do you think I have an engine problem or a fuel pump issue? The Tow truck driver said he doesn't hear the fuel pump starting. The service mechanic says it's an engine problem.

I recently had a similar problem on my 8.1 gas engine, took about 5 minutes to get up to 50 mph on level ground.

No check engine light appeared. Very intermittent...

My Workhorse dealer replaced both oxygen sensors and the fuel filter. Cured the problem.
