2012 35QBA Noisy rear bunk bed slide

I just Purchased this unit and I knew that there was a problem with the rear bunk bed slide, it will extend and come back in but it is very noisy, it sounds like a gear jumping or something, from what I can search it sounds like it is a Lippert System and it sounds like the motor is on top of the slide, at least that is how it sounds, any help would be appreciated. Your Lippert slide drive system sounds like it might be the Schwintek ( Sp ?)
With two drive motors , one each end near the top of the wall, and an aluminum drive plate ( s ) on the outside wall of the slide ; about 1 1/2' wide with a continuous S pattern.

Have you lubricated it? We frequently use the manufactures recommend lube and have had only minimal problems. Of course if that doesn’t solve it, you need to get in and inspect that motor. It could be on its way to failure.

I had a closer look at my slide problem the back motor drive is very noisy and it sounds like it may not make it out or back in. I looked under the slide and noticed that the rollers are not touching the floor when either when in or out, do you think this is part of the problem? Also can anyone recommend a outside repair place in Red Bay (other than the factory) to look at this problem? Thanks Al

No apparently not, I just purchased the coach and the previous owner had it worked on twice, it almost sounds like the motor or the rack have teeth missing. Al
