We had the 2015 Forest River Forester 3051S for two years. It's a slightly higher model of the same Sunseeker RV.
We had some full-wall slide issues with the schwintec slides. We had them worked on multiple times.
We had some fridge issues - the ice maker quit working and it wouldn't stay very cold in warm weather. The single AC unit also had trouble cooling down the RV in 90 degree weather. We has some issues with exterior lights. Front cap clearence lights went out and had no direct replacements. The rear tail lights got water intrusion and both tail lights went out in the same rain storm. Also, our generator would stop running while we were driving in really hot temps.
All of these things could have just been our unit.
We were unhappy about the driveability but didn't add any mods or changes to make it ride and drive better. The 2015 model year has the 5-speed transmission and these shift a lot especially on hills and the sound of the engine at high revs can really intrude on the interior. In 2017 Ford went to the 6-speed transmission and it's much better.
When we first got it we were really happy with it but by the time we traded it in in 2017 for our Winnebago we were not sad to see it go. We've been happier with the Winnebago build quality over all. We put a little over 20,000 miles on it in two years.
