These are one of the reasons why I am so grateful that I can store my MH at home in my parking space at my apartment (and still have room for my car), besides the cost savings.

I had to store my tent trailer at a RV and boat storage lot that wasn't too far from home in the 1980s. It cost me a whopping $50/month.

We specifically looked for a house that had space and the HOA would allow us to keep an RV onsite. Then, after 20 years the restrictions went away so no restrictions for the HOA to enforce!
