Most RV's that old are slowly returning to nature in some hunting camp.

No mobile homes here, two week limit stay only. And since we checked in I think our is the oldest rv here. I hate parks, too many rules, and people. But it’s on the bay and it’s convenient and camping with a full hook up for a change is nice.

It isn't about the RV it is about the contents and how it has been maintained.

but it's not an age 'restriction', but an age 'inspection'... that's relative to your own suggestion that they 'only refuse "dangerous, disrepair, or prone to cause a disturbance(whatever THAT means!)"...

I like it much better than the more typical '10 year rule' since those offer little 'option' if you are older than that. At least this park's rule gives the management the ability to let in all they wish, at 'their' discretion, if units are older. It's subjective, but certainly not 'unfair'. 'Irrelevant' is up to the owners - it's their park.

Maybe the rule should be no RV's that are older than the operator?

May be that was a 10 year rule made in 1990 and they forgot to upgrade their literature!
In other words they don't care!

I’ll try and find out what the reason is, as far as the literature being old, well they definitely updated their prices.

I talked to the the owner of the park. She appeared to be in her 70’s, she said when her and her husband bought the park years ago, that was the language and date that the state of California allowed. But they don’t inforce it. She said they used to rent by the month, and that created a lot of the bad element. So now you can’t stay more than two weeks. But she said the best thing they did was, they stopped excepting cash. She said if people don’t have a major credit card in their name, they can’t stay. She said that has been the most effective way to keep out undesirable people.

Which is it? And what looks to be "prone to cause a disturbance" to you may not be the same to others. I see a small yappy dog and an older couple am concerned they might not have enough to do and will snap photos of my electric hook up and post it online speculating what i might be doing inside while the yappy dog barks every time i step outside to have a smoke. Of course me having thaat smoke on my site may cause complaints and a possible disturbance also.
Lmao this all seems familiar[emoji848]
