Question 4 options, opinions on quality? (24')

Honing in on our wish list for a first RV....We're down to two "styles".
We have determined that we need a gas engine to avoid OCCC limits, even though we want a small rig, no more than ~26-27ft nose to tail. The compromise on length is the addition of a slide.

We are planning to see a Phoenix Cruiser, and have a similar layout Coach House on our list. BUT...If we really demand more space than they offer, I'm trying to figure out which small Class C's are known to be a good build. I have these saved, and would love input on quality, beyond these notes:

1. Entegra Coach 24B, moulded bunk over cab, but it has a window pane. Are these prone to leaks? Bed and dinette on a long slide.

2. Jayco Redhawk 24B with a moulded bunk, no window pane in it. Bed and dinette on a long slide.

3. Gulf Stream BT CRUISER 5245. 5-panel rear cap. No bunk over cab. Bed and dinette on a long slide.

4. Forest River SUNSEEKER. No bunk over cab. There are edge pieces covering the seams in the back, but I would not say it's a 5-panel rear cap...Bed and dinette on one long slide.

Also open to suggestion on other makes for a quality 24-26'

I know this is not a specific answer to the question about these coaches but let me give you my experience. I have been RVing for 31 years. I have purchased 4 brand new motorhomes from 3 different major manufacturers over those years. I have owned Winnebago, Fleetwood, Geneva and Thor Palazzo. (Geneva is also a Thor product). I have found that all 3 had about the same build quality, similar components installed (sometimes identical like furnace, AC, water heaters, fridges, etc, etc). I have found all have minor fit and finish problems and maintenance issues. You might be surprised to find that only my first coach ever went into a shop (knock on wood). Every other problem I have had was minor enough I could fix it myself (put in a screw, splice a wire, put in a new switch, etc). I find good things and bad things about all of the brands I have owned, rented or seen. So, that doesn't answer your specific question about these models but what I am saying is, they are all going to be about the same. Get the one you like the most with the most usable floorplan and features and then deal with the inevitable maintenance. Hope that is some help.

I have had two class Cs. The second was a Leprichaun 29', really 30.5 ft. It was the best built MH I have purchased. It had a slide I never used traveling. Sad to say it was on a Chevy chassis (wonderful drive} that caused it to be too high get in and out of it as I aged. That camper came with an overhead entertainment center I never used as such. I filled the back of it with what I did need traveling. It did have a real queen bed in the back also.

The very best camper was a 2002 Artic Fox 22H TT.

Hope you find just what you like now.

I had a 24' Winnebago Outlook (no longer available) for 3 years and 50,000 miles, half of which was towing a Ford Ranger. I am shocked at the new list prices as I only paid $52,000 for mine and nearly got that in trade in for my Entegra 3 years later.

I had zero problems other than a chassis issue with a pollution valve that was covered under warranty.

Really liked the vehicle as it was my only vehicle so occasionally used as a daily driver and easy to drive around town.

The customer service and online manuals were a dream compared to my Entegra. But I know that can be hit or miss on subject matter and timing.

The longer I own, RV travel in general and read about all kinds of brands... seems like all can have their issues and there are either solid models/years produced by many companies that surprise may of us.
