just switched to synthetic oil at 54,000 mi now i have spuratic rough idle any help on this?

Welcome to the forum. What year is the engine, and did it set any codes?

traker, I seriously doubt that switching to synthetic oil is the cause of your rough idle. I'd have the engine diagnosed.
