That is weighing your MH seprately by all 4 tires. You are really only supposed to have so much weight on the front and back axles and it should not be too much more on one side.
You also get the weighting done at most truck stops. There are a few other places too but you have to look them up. Where we are at right now in Lancaster, CA there is a gas station that will do it.

Most truck stops have CAT scales and I haven't seen one yet that could do four "corner" weights due to the scales being elevated.

Here in WA and OR the state scales are left on when the scalehouses are closed. They are flat and usually open enough around them that , with a little jockeying around you can get the four corners weighed.

Try calling the local dump or recycling site. Some will weigh you and some will not.
Try calling feed stores for where to weigh trailers. They should also be able to weigh your rig.
Florida it's called the DMV (dept of motor vehicles). Michigan it's called SOS (secratary of state). Cali its the DOT (dept of transportation). Whatever it's called in your state try calling them to see where they accept the weigh numbers from, if they require them.
Try calling a truck stop to see where they might recommend to get the 4-wheel weights done.
