The spring setup with the axle under is to get the trailer level for towing, not to provide ground clearance. The ideal would be for the fifth to sit level when hooked to your truck.
If you get across the ditch without bottoming out, you should be ok. Be aware that the holding tank drains are generally fairly low and you don't want those to hit.

Also, be aware that many 5ers do not have shocks. So going over bumps may throw around any contents in the trailer.

warm welcome to you here at iRV2 !

And good points by both Bill and John already.
Having a level 5'r would be my first concern.
I've put the springs up top on my last two trailers, but only because my 4x4 also sits slightly tall. You'll be able to go far.
Watch that black tank drain pipe though. Some guys shorten that if it hangs low.

Another guy here, TwinBubba, uses his for a hunting lease base as well.

again, Welcome !!
Mike
