6 months Full Timing, New Trailer 23RKS Review- Very Happy

So we get a lot of complaints about travel trailers ... this is not one of them.
6 months ago I went full time in an Outdoors Mfg RV 23rks.

Likes:
Interior design - nice to look at, not the austere design of others. They even put little molding around all the cabinets to the walls and ceiling.

The kitchen is well laid out and it is nice to have an oven. I also can put an electric toaster/oven, dish dryer, on the counter top and have enough room for food prep.

Fit and finish very good.

Interior size - very good. At first I thought the slide didn't go out very much but it works very well.

Comfortable - the sofa and cushions are great

Off grid - it has the off grid package, and solar. I've been off grid for a few days and on some rough roads - no problems.

Dimensions - it is 28 feet - not too long, not too short.

Storage: great

Temperature control:
Hot - 90+ I opened up the windows and put out the awning - great. I like the 'old' style windows better then the 'new' ones because you can open them more.

Cold - 25 overnight - I was at an RV park - I dumped all the water and used an oil heater - very comfortable.

Problem:
Cabinet screws on one door were stripped - tooth picks and wood glue fixed it.

Change - move the bathroom door to open closer to the bedroom.

So, there you have it - good news.

Shhh don't tell that one guy on here who never misses an opportunity to diss. on Outdoors RV.

We have been very happy with our Creekside. A few kinks to work out initially but overall we are very pleased. Glad to hear the good report.

As I write this the outside temp is 24! I'm in my pajamas with the oil heater going - on setting 2 of 3. Very comfortable - just what I wanted when I purchased and researched TTs.

What is surprising is that the floor is not cold. I'm walking around in socks and the bare floor is comfortable. I also have some rugs on the floor and they are even warmer.
