Great! I was thinking that we could somehow block off access underneath the Rv so we could let our cat out there occasionally and the extra room would be nice since we will be fulltiming.

I had a screen room with the privacy curtains on a 36 foot 5th wheel when we were living in it full time. It did have a part that attached under the RV and did prevent our cat from getting outside. I had a negative experience the last time I used it. In the middle of the night a storm came through so about 2 am my wife and I were out there removing the room. Not a lot of fun and some stress was involved. The added space is great but don't over look possible negatives such as a what the winds or rain of a quick storm might do.

I was thinking about that, don't want my awning torn off. Do you still use it?

You have to watch the weather,if it's to windy
for the awning, then I would not put the patio
room up.the patio room helps in not making the awing
a big sail in the wind, when it is up. In ten years the DW
and I had to go out one time, at 11pm in a snow storm, take the
patio room down, roll up the awing no stress, we started
laughing because, the snow would build up on the awing
faster then I could get it off.nothing broke and the awing
did not get torn off.next day looked at the pictures we
that night took and just laugh part of camping experience.
WE to have a peace that attaches to the rv,also keeps the wind
from blowing under the trailer to where you are sitting. I didn't
use the hardware that came with the patio room, to attach to
the trailer,I used velcro works very well, did not want to drill
any holes in the side of trailer.

Kris, no I no longer use it - gave it away at a swap meet. That was three RV's ago.

Just bought a 15 foot Patty O room on Ebay - $322 for all parts, including the skirt and wheel well pieces. New! Couple rubbed areas - looks like a couple sections were handled rough - two abraded areas about a dime in diameter. Nothing a little awning tape won't fix. Look forward to a dryrun set up this weekend!
