If you mean that the piping takes a lot of twists and turns, in my experience that doesn't matter. The Flush King puts 4 or more gallons per minute backwards into the tank, which has proven sufficient to dislodge stubborn solids, even in my coach's spaghetti piping. I think the idea of having water "impinge" on the solids is somewhat overrated.

If you mean that you can't fit a Flush King (either the 45- or 90-degree version) on the outlet, yup, that's a problem.
