Advice Needed: Thetford Smart Tote 2 27L

I have a chance to buy one from someone who's giving up the lifestyle. It's 2 yrs old, in good shape and supposedly used twice for grey water only. They're $130 new on amazon.

What do you think is a fair and reasonable offer given the age, etc?

TIA for your feedback.

After using our 4 wheel version one time, threw it out and bought the Rhino version.
The difference is the Rhino version has a cut off valve installed alright and these do not have a cut off valve.
With the cut off valve it is easier to dump.

The seller must have a price in mind already. Ask and see if that is what you want to pay. If they ask how much are you willing to pay I would say $75.00 and then if you have to work up from there. I have never had any problems with not having a cut off valve dumping. I guess that if all depends on how you dump. I love my 27 Thetford.
