Again with La Mesa

These people just won’t let up. I get calls every few days letting me know the status of my coach. Yesterday it was to tell me the parts were in earlier than expected. Maybe my case is an anomaly, but these people are really hitting the mark on customer service. And this is on a job they are covering on a used RV purchase with no warranty. Better service than I would ever expect!

Hell man, they should go to the top of your Christmas card list! Certainly something for which to be grateful. If they were not on the other side of the continent I would be paying them a visit.

They also really treated me right on the sale, prep, pre-delivery maintenance, the works. Very accommodating. I don’t provide references or recommendations freely (more like grudgingly) but if my experience is the norm, and my impression is that this is the case, I would steer friends and family their way.

Which one did you buy from? I understand they are not all the same.

I bought from the one in Tucson. I imagine they aren’t all the same, but I’ve also heard good things about the one in Florida, and the one in Sacramento doing the work has a great service dept. and a nice huge new indoor show room and friendly attentive staff. From the way they’re handling my situation, I feel like I’m sensing a company-wide customer service ethic. But I don’t have experience with the NM or FL stores.

I've now bought two from La Mesa in Sanford, Florida, and they have been pretty good. Got a much better vibe from them than other dealers and at the end of the day they made the deal work. They did some warranty work on my last rig and it turned out good so I have no reservation recommending them. Just don't get the salesman who doesn't want to show RVs in the rain....(true story for another time)
