I've stayed at a couple RV resorts that advertise for 10 years or newer only. Both did not ask my RV's age. I would say if your rig looks half way decent, they most likely will not ask you anything except "cash or charge"
Yep. Keep it clean and nice looking and you won't have any trouble. Let it go until it is a POC and I can see why campgrounds won't let you in. I sure wouldn't.

I have talked with several RV Park owners. They have said that they have a 10 year rule. They have it in place because they do not want something dragged in from a deer site. They only enforce it when it is needed.
