Aim well

This is a review of an Hymer RV in England. Evidently they don't use sewer hoses. The drive over a grate and let it loose. Thankfully (or maybe not) they have a camera to help with the aim.

Wow that’s crazy not using sewer hoses. Not sure how I feel about that. It’s definitely much easier lol

Surprised by that considering Thomas Crapper was a Brit... Thought they would have used some of the English innovating.....

Like most European RV's the toilet is a cassette style...cassette removes out the Hatch just aft of the battery compartment (shown)

The underbody dump is only grey water.

Says can line the drain up with a grate. Think it would take a good shot to hit the pipe like we use this side of the pond...
But with the camera you could post how clean you flushed on U tube

Isn't that the same kind of dump system used by buses in the US for many years?

We were camp hosting at a COE park in AL and discovered a couple of campers dump w/o using a hose. I didn't figure out what was going on until after they had left, but the smell and mess left behind was bad. I only hope it was due to them not having a sewer hose available. I wish they would have asked, I would have loaned them one.

Not sure about buses. But local governments have been doing this for years with trucks equipped with a toilet. They pull over a Manhole lid on the edge of the dump valve side, open the Manhole cover pull the valve and let her rip.
