I use one, they are basically small convection ovens and cook by forcing hot air down over the food. I've made everything from crispy chicken thighs to chocolate chip cookies, to crispy burritos. I like that it heats fast and cleans up easily. If you have a convection microwave, you can pretty much do the same style of cooking. We have a convection oven in our s&b and I use it, but it take forever for it to preheat because it is SO big!

My daughter has an excellent multi fry air fryer a Gourmia 2500. https://www.amazon.com/Gourmia-GTA25...ct_top?ie=UTF8
She has been really happy with it but after having fun finding a cabinet large enough for the ice maker I have been picky about what makes it on the rig. haha
Ive been using the RV's convection microwave for fries with really good results. Haven't used the convection for much else "fried". If you have the space I would look into getting one you can get more use out of like the Gouramia (aka R2D2 lol), if you don't already have a convection microwave. The smaller air fryers don't do much else.

Yup, we have one. Wife makes biscuits, cookies, french fries, other veggies, all kinds of stuff. There is a cookbook that has all kinds of recipes in it. It does not do a good job on coconut shrimp however

My wife has made a lot of things in ours, but the one thing that I never thought of was cooking eggs for egg mcmuffins.

We have one and are using it more and more. It cooks very well. We would recommend it.
We have the "POWER AIRFRYER XL" by intertek.
It sits on the counter near the microwave.

Just a cooking tip here. We use our air fryer to make baked potatoes. Coat them with olive oil, sprinkle liberally with salt then cook at 400 degrees for about an hour. Potatoes will have a slightly crispy skin and be perfectly cooked inside.

We too have one in the S&B and one in the MH, we love them. Buffalo wings, 'fried' mozzarella sticks are excellent!

Air fryer
Actually just picked up one of these. Impulse buy walking thru Costco.
Works great actually, grilled cheese sandwiches, cheese sticks, shrimp, onion rings, chicken wings, etc.
This one is small so will go in RV next spring and probably get a bigger one for the house.
It is a Nuwave one and other than the fact that the dog hates the beeps [emoji23] it works great. (Should have seen her the day I programmed all the sensors for the new TST!)
