Hi, our rig is 101 inches wide and 38'9" long. I made reservations for a 39 foot rig at 101 inches for the Alaska ferry. Our mirrors will be folded in but the mounts stick out a couple of inches on each side. For anyone who has taken the ferries in a motorhome--have you been able to travel at the 101 inch price or have you had to pay the upcharge of 125% for more width?

We took the ferry from Haines to Skagway. No problems with ours or extra charge. We did not have to do anything with the mirrors. That was the only ferry we took.

Take lots of different B.C Ferries, and width is never mentioned, and I do nothing with my mirrors.
Super low tides can be another story with a looong overhang .
