I am afraid when my 200 plus gets up on mine and flexes

You know the difference between a salesman and an attorney??? An attorney passed the bar exam!!!

My apologies to my friends who happen to be attorneys.

Personally, I would take that one with a grain of salt.

I just watched that episode a couple of days ago. My first thought was with 10 people walking around up there, what are the odds that someone will fall off and break their neck. Can't believe that salesman would say that. Of course, if the owner decides to sue the dealer, the salesman would just deny it. Except in this case since it is on TV.

Can't say I've walked the roof of one of those, but I can say I've walked the roof on hundreds and hundreds of units. With that I'll say that many units are in deed ok for 10+ people to be up there. It all depends on the substrate used, some use darn near 3/4" ply while others use 1/8" LUAN. Some center the rafters on 12" centers while others are 24" centers. SO on the units with tight center to center rafters with thicker substrate you can definitely party up there..... On a side note I've nascar partied many of times on the roof's of RV's... Yes be careful as you get tuned up, it's tough on the body when you fall!
