It was suppose to be done last Thursday & they would call to verify. Guess what no call & loveseat not finished as promised. Richard Valdez was going to make an arrangement to pick up loveseat today. I called this morning & nobody knows about the arrangement. Be aware they lie & don't follow through.
We had exactly the same experience with these guys several years ago.

My advice is to run as fast as you can from these guys!

Here's a photo of the Flexsteel love seat I installed. It's Style No. 2806-60204. I used the 3 seat belts to hold it in place. I also used the original sofa's z brackets to keep it from sliding.

So you stripped the slide of the rug and then laid 3/4 plywood on top of the existing slide. Then you put brand new carpet on top of it all?

Yes, this all began with wanting to replace the old green carpet and couch and morphed into a major remodel. In the end, it was worth every nickel. The work was done by a shop in Spokane. They did a great job. Would not hesitate to do it again.
