Please provide some photos.

Some doors move while others may not.

Most of the doors in ours had panels too large and all of them blew apart meaning glue failure.

Had to make the panels smaller via jointer pass and re glue so all well now.

Hard to imagine shrinkage that much as the cross pieces length should not change.

The door opening however may be changing...door opening could be changing on temperature or something else.

Side note...saw a program on TV about the concorde sst airliner and there was a place in the cockpit that had a huge gap that looked like poor workmanship but it was that way because plane was on the ground...In flight the plane changes length and gap closes...

Check things other than the door.
