Do you have a Mini? I found some "interesting" things in their docs:
This electric bike is not meant for use in puddles, heavy rain, or streams. Never immerse or submerge this product in water or liquid as the electrical system may be damaged.
"puddles"?
and
Maintenance
Cleaning: Pressure washers or hosing down of the RadMini voids the warranty.
I was rather surprised to read those, especially because I had found these links:

I wonder how picky they are on water damage. In the first year, of course.

yes I do we have 2 of them. they are the step through RadMini's .we have had them about a year but haven't really had time to use them that much. wife has had knee problems and go's in for knee replacement in about 2 weeks. i'm very happy with mine the workmanship on them is top line. they are a little heavy but not so much that a couple can learn to handle them. we have a T/T and tow it with a crew cab short box pickup. i built a bike rack to fit in the front of the box that holds the two bikes upright. I fold the bars down and they just fit under my cab high canopy. the wife and I can easily lift one up and roll it into the rack. it took some practice but after a few times its easy.
