Anyone recommend an attorney in Tampa?

Have a friend looking to sell his 2017 Tiffin Phaeton in the Tampa Florida area in a private sale; and he was looking for an attorney to look everything over for the sale to make sure he is doing it right to protect himself, and be in compliance with Florida laws (he is a Jersey / Tennesee native). Any recommends?

Not sure the DMV would not be a better source and certainly less $$.

If he has clear title/negotiable title in hand is simplifies the process.

At sometime in the process a bank likely will be involved. They will have an attorney who can look the papers over before any funds are exchanged.
Nothing against attorneys but they seem to have a way of complicating even the simplest of transactions. Each move they make costs $$$$.

Folks with significant assets in their own names will frequently have an attorney review otherwise routine sales/purchase/lease documents and transactions.

The rest of us ask questions about lawyers, accountants, banks and DMV...
