Anyone worked with Vehicle Selling Solutions?

We just posted an ad this afternoon on RVtrader and almost immediately were contacted by a guy who works for Vehicle Selling Solutions. Apparently this company works with Ebay and other web selling sites to "sell" your vehicle for you. Of course there is a fee. My husband thinks it sounds reputable. I am the skeptic in the family and fear a scam. Has anyone done business with this company and what were your experiences? Thanks for your help.

I was contacted by a few of these types of companies. They charge a fee without any guarantee of success. I chose to not use them. I saw your ad here at irv2. It's a beauty and you should consider trying it this way ( on your own ) for awhile. By the way , our rules do not allow detailed specifics of your for sale ad in the open forum however you can post a link to it here or in another thread announcing your ad in our classifieds. Good luck.

I was contacted by a similar site - Once Driven - and the problem is they are legitimate (legal) but in my opinion not worth the fee they charge.

I went to their website and found a listing of a Cl A MH- then went to Google and did a search for that make / model / yr and many units for sale popped up but none from the website selling their service.

Here's a very good post re: how to sell your RV - I agree with many of the suggestions and have done almost exactly what was suggested...several leads and folks looking - hasn't sold yet but confident it will...
Biggest issue is to price it right - high prices do turn off some folks - my feeling is a priced to sell price and holding firm if necessary will get the most traffic the soonest.

Scam:
a dishonest scheme; a fraud.
"an insurance scam"
synonyms:fraud, swindle, fraudulent scheme, racket, trick

I'm not sure I'd call it a scam, but it's a racket. Don't fall for it.
