It's cooling down in the Desert, getting a taste of the fall weather. The nights are down in the 60 degrees now. Yesterday we took the Jeep out and did some exploring. We did a few river crossings, took some photos, was dissapointing not a lot of wildlife ( not until we got home ) going to start my training today, jumping out of the Jeep at 35 mph, hopefully I won't land on a cactus. Getting in shape and ready for my 2016 cannon shot.

Good Afternoon Thread Killers,

WOW, another beautiful sun shiny day and loving it!

Anyone seen any good movies lately? There are so many and some just seem blah so not going.

Tim, perhaps your tomb stone should read, lean / mean / eating machine! Wow, that would show them.

Anyone like cake? German Chocolate, spice, white, chocolate, strawberry, you name it I like them all. Don't eat it often because if I make it then I keep eating until it is all gone so don't make one unless there will be many eaters.

LOLT The Girl! Have a wonderful day peeps!

If I eat all those cakes and pies I won't fit in the cannon.

I ate to many brownies and a piece of apple pie at the labor day BBQ and now I have to go hungry for a week to recooperate from that over sweet feeling. I don't know what came over me. I usually don't like a lot of sweets. Maybe the wine made me do it.

I made a batch of wonder bar type things to use up extra supplies in our S&B pantry, trying to work it down from HOARDER to nothing by time we switch to FT in November.

Ate half the pan day one. Prolly 4000-5000 calories. Guk, felt awful next morning. But they were yummy.

Sounds like you are referring to "mustgos". They must go before you leave.

Like killing this thread, just give it time!

Most wonder type bars are full of fiber! Given enough time, that guk feeling will pass! Just flush and your good to go!

You can just flush and they are gone, but the pounds are still there to remind you .

There was pudding layered in my made up wonder bars. Plus extra fiber. How did you know?

... The other girl (ok, old lady)

I like pudding, especially when it is rubbed all over my body and topped with whipped cream.
