After the waters receded, Noah commanded all the animals to "Go forth and multiply."

The ark quickly emptied, except for two small snakes, who stayed behind.

When Noah asked them why, they replied, "We can't multiply. We're adders."

Noah, being the resourceful man he was, immediately got busy cutting down trees and building a large table with the unfinished lumber therefrom.

And he saw that it was good.

The snakes were overjoyed when Noah picked them up and placed them on it. Noah and the snakes both knew that even adders could multiply on a log table.

The dad of an old friend of mine decided he would no longer get his tractor stuck in his wet pasture taking hay out to the cows. His solution, he bought two mules and built a large wooden slide to place the hay on and plans were to have the mules pull the slide out to center of pasture.

I stopped by the old mans place one day and noticed my buddy and several others were riding the fence visiting while the old man was out working the mules in a large corral. He had the mules harnessed up but they were dragging 3-4 large logs not the slide. Walking up to the group I ask what was going on. Someone replied they were watching Mr Bob teach math to the mules!

MATH? Yep, he’s working on log rhythm s right now. He found out earlier that they weren’t ready for the slide rule yet. That explained why Mr Bob was muddy from head to toe.

In the end I think the mules were a lot more trouble than old Mr Bob remembered. But he kept them around for years and years.

Not my shade!
Had a bear early this season. Only had him on game camera just setting waiting on the deer feeder to go off and sling corn out. If I had one trying to get in the stand with me I’m sure the odor would run him off. My problem would be changing my clothes!
