Maintaining the theme and merits of good food.

Dry Rub for grilling

1/2 cup B Sugar (dry)
1/4 cup smoked paprika
1 TB salt
1 tb chili powder
1 tb garlic powder
1 tb onion powder
1 tsp cayenne powder
1 tsp hot dry mustard.

Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container.

I use this sh!t on everything.

Next - Sour Cream Wild Blueberry Pie.

I have tried it in Rice Krispy squares with chocolate chips and pecans. I thought it was OK but the grand daughters gave it a thumbs down . I had to eat the entire batch myself.

Here are three different rubs that are very good. All would be good on chocolate chip and bacon cookies.

Jans Original Dry Rub

1 cup + 4 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup Lawry’s seasoned salt
1/4 cup garlic salt
1/4 cup + 1 1/2 tsp celery salt
1/4 cup onion salt
1/2 cup paprika
3 Tbsp chili powder
2 Tbsp black pepper
1 Tbsp lemon pepper
2 tsp celery seed
2 tsp dry ground sage
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp dry ground thyme
1/2 tsp cayenne
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Magic Dust

2 Tablespoons paprika
1 Tablespoon kosher salt
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 Tablespoon chili powder
1 Tablespoon ground cumin
1 Tablespoon granulated garlic powder
1-1/2 teaspoons mustard powder
1-1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1-1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Wild Willies Onederful

2 tsp Cayenne
2 tbsp Chili Powder
2 tbsp Garlic Powder
2 tbsp Onion Powder
12 tbsp Paprika
4 tbsp Pepper black
4 tbsp Salt
4 tbsp Sugar
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
