Sounds exactly like Les's living room ( aka Dogpatch) his is the Canadian version and costs far less for admission. The rides are maintained better due to Canada's strict Safety rules.

You could almost Zip Line in my yard in the summer and Luge in the winter.
Admission and Rides are free with proof of up-to-date private insurance.
Seats are at the bottom and are $25 per day to watch. Reserve now as Seating is limited.
