Well said, buckeyeduffer and BigSkyBob....
We should be quietly thankful for the bounty of our hard work and good fortune. ...It can be soooo very temporal.

I totally agree with Buckeyeduffer,
so that means that all the thoughts that I had of my little MH sitting next to one of those big Newmars or any of the 2000 models are correct. I told someone the other day that I really hate to go to any of the 'get togethers' because we really need a paint job.. comment was , don't worry, there are others that need one also. Just go and have fun..
As to the camper in the walmart parking lot, some of the misfortunate ones have to live in their car.. again, But for the grace of God there goeth I...
Have a blessed day!!

Sounds like some are just having a little fun with this picture. Are things so bad we can't have a good laugh at someone else's expense? Or, do we need to be politically correct to the point of missing out on a good laugh?

I'll bet the guy that owns that rig steps back and laugh's at those big rigs.

Hi All,

That was the point I was trying to make with the above! I was not making fun of anyone, sorry if it was taken that way!

Some of us have been lucky, others have not. I always feel no matter what the rig is next to me, we all put our pants on the same way.

as seen at wallyworld

i would perfer to believe bad economic times. some rv's seen on the road are perhaps people trying to make it. then again that rig may be paid for and owners have financial freedom. hope so.

If you really want to see some real bad RV's, go to the "SLAB'S" just East of the Salton Sea in California. Follow the road past "Salvation Mountain". From Prevost down to unmovable RV's.

But why did you hide behind a tree and bushes to take the photo?

Juantia, welcome to our forums, do I detect just a little flame?

In response to your accusation: It was the only position that would show the rig and the store sign, Walmart is vary careful trimming their shrubbery so that no one can "hide behind" them helping to insure the safety of their customers and the man with the rig was standing just off camera to the right.

In your first and only other post on IRV2, when someone asked for advice you response was in part,

Quote:
What does your owner's manual tell you to do.
I would like to reciprocate in kind by referring you to this manual:

Is it still there? I probably watch too much Law & Order but I hope the police have checked this camper out.

Oops, just saw the post that said the owner was standing to the side... I was just worried someone might be sick or injured.

About my two posts

I must seem to be saracastic and I apologise. I was trying to be funny about the picture and helpful about the manual. I'll keep quite.
