So, being that I am 1,225 miles away from home, I had to improvise.
Took the short door awning off, pulled the cap/rod/spring from both ends and took the plastic clips off. Installed the clips on the long window awning rods/springs and reassembled both.
The window awning is installed on the rv and works like new. We can now travel and head home with it rolled into place.
Re-installed the door awning on the rv and got the rod/caps lined up so I could put a screw in to hold it rolled into place. It's arms also lock into place when closed.
Travel ready again.
Will get new clips made when we get back home. Think I will use aluminum instead of plastic.
