Has anyone waterproofed their awnings; if so, what did you use?

Never had any that leaked so I never needed to.

I have owned several different RVs over the years, Lloyd of my awnings have been totally waterproof.

The instructions for our AE Sunchaser woven acrylic awning do not mention anything about waterproofing. Don't scrub the fabric when cleaning and DON'T touch it when it's raining!
